Privacy

Short version: what you save in the app stays on your device. We don't have accounts, ads or tracking.

What stays on your device only

Everything you save in the app: your children's names or nicknames, ages and extra needs, your notes, favorites, tries and charts, and your settings. It is kept in your browser's storage on that device. We never receive it. A backup file you make is saved where you choose, and only you have it.

What we receive

• When you buy: Dodo Payments, our payment partner and seller of record, collects your name, email, payment details and country to process the payment, send your receipt and handle sales tax. We receive your email and order details from them, not your card number. Their own privacy policy applies to the payment.
• When you open the app on a device: the app sends your code and a random device number, created on that device, to check your purchase and count your devices (up to 3). It sends nothing else.
• When you write to us: your email and message, so we can answer.

What we don't do

No accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking scripts, no selling or sharing of your information. This website sets no tracking cookies.

Hosting

The website and app are served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.

Children

The app is for parents and caregivers. It does not ask children for any information, and anything about your child stays on your device.

Your choices

You can delete everything the app saved on a device by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. To ask about the information we hold about your purchase, or to have it deleted, write to hello@momentbymoment.life.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with its date.
