Terms of use

These terms explain what you get when you buy Parenting, Moment by Moment (“the app”), and what we ask of you. By buying or using the app, you agree to them.

What you buy

A personal, lifetime license to use the app on up to 3 devices at a time, for you and your household. You pay once. There is no subscription. Updates to the content and the app are included.

Your purchase is processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, who acts as the seller of record and handles payment, receipts and sales tax.

Your code

After you pay, you receive a personal code and a link that opens the app. Please don't share, sell or publish your code. You can free up a device from inside the app (Me, then Free up this device) to use the app on another one.

Education, not medical advice

The app gives general information and practical ideas for everyday moments with children ages 2 to 18. It is for education only. It is not medical, psychological or legal advice, and it does not replace a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional who knows your child.

Every child and every family is different. Use your own judgment. If you are concerned about your child's health, development, behavior or safety, talk to your child's doctor or a qualified professional. In an emergency, or if you think your child may be in danger, call your local emergency number right away.

The warning signs in the app help you decide when to get help. They are not a full list, and a sign that isn't listed can still matter.

Fair use

The content, the illustrations and the app are ours, and they are protected by copyright. You may print sheets for your own family. You may not copy, resell or republish the content.

Availability

Once downloaded, the app works on your device without the internet. We work to keep it available and up to date, and we will give buyers fair notice before any change that affects their copy.

Limits

The app is provided as it is. You are responsible for the choices you make for your child. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Refunds

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with its date. A new price never affects what you already bought.
